1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service, game, or feature offered on the jadewin platform (accessible at jadewin.club and through the jadewin mobile application), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jadewin platform and close any account you may have registered.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jadewin with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. jadewin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Clause 13 below.

Your continued use of the jadewin platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

2.Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to hold a jadewin account and use the platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

(a) You are at least 21 years of age;
(b) You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited;
(c) You are not acting as an agent for or on behalf of any third party;
(d) You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the jadewin platform or any other gambling service operated by jadewin;
(e) You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment;
(f) You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of jadewin or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

jadewin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3.Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) jadewin account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals associated with any or all such accounts.

When registering a jadewin account, you warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and identification documents — is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly notify jadewin of any changes to your registered details by contacting player support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jadewin account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jadewin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) will be required before your first withdrawal is processed. jadewin may also require verification at any subsequent point. Accepted verification documents include government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the jadewin platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jadewin does not apply currency conversion fees. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong online banking.

Deposits are credited to your jadewin account balance in real time in most cases. Delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank are outside jadewin's control. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same jadewin account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet in the account holder's own name. jadewin will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

jadewin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending identity and source-of-funds verification. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms before they become withdrawable.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

jadewin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered account holders from time to time, including but not limited to deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, game eligibility, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

General bonus rules applicable to all jadewin promotions unless otherwise stated: (a) bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder in whose name the jadewin account is registered; (b) jadewin reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice; (c) multiple accounts may not be used to claim the same bonus; (d) evidence of bonus abuse — including the use of low-risk or hedged betting strategies to exploit bonus terms — may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.

6.Games & Betting Rules

All casino games available on jadewin — including slots, live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and any other games — are supplied by licensed third-party providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate figures provided by the respective game providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jadewin's recorded data shall be used as the authoritative record to determine the outcome of any affected bets. jadewin's decision on game outcomes and the resolution of technical issues is final and binding.

Sportsbook wagers are governed by the specific sporting event rules and market rules published within the jadewin Sportsbook section. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific sporting event rules, the specific rules shall prevail. jadewin reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets, cancelled events, or events affected by irregular betting patterns.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jadewin platform. Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

(a) Creating, operating, or assisting in the creation of duplicate or multiple jadewin accounts;
(b) Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with jadewin games or the platform;
(c) Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer table games;
(d) Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of pricing errors in the sportsbook;
(e) Money laundering or using the jadewin platform to process funds derived from criminal activity;
(f) Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC processes;
(g) Facilitating access to the jadewin platform for any individual who is under 21 years of age or who is subject to self-exclusion;

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the jadewin platform — including but not limited to the jadewin brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, images, graphics, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of jadewin or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jadewin platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in or to any content on the platform are granted. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any jadewin intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jadewin and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jadewin platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, system errors, or service interruptions.

jadewin does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jadewin's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jadewin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.Responsible Gaming

jadewin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, accessible from within your account settings. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once self-exclusion is applied, you will be prevented from logging in or depositing for the duration you specify. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the elected period expires will not be actioned without a mandatory cooling-off period. jadewin strongly encourages all players to set responsible gaming limits proactively, not reactively.

11.Account Suspension & Termination

jadewin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account holder has provided false information; (c) the account is being used for prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7; (d) the account holder is under 21 years of age; or (e) continued access presents a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Upon account closure for cause, jadewin reserves the right to void any pending bets and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified balances will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method. You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jadewin player support.

12.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which jadewin holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jadewin platform, you agree to first contact jadewin's player support team and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the matter to be resolved informally before pursuing any formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority under which jadewin is licensed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

13.Amendments to These Terms

jadewin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jadewin will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notice on the platform or by communication to your registered email address. The revised Terms will take effect from the date published at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jadewin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
